At Raze, we value our fans and want you to have the best experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase from our website.

1. Digital Products (Music, Downloads, or Media)

All sales of digital products (including music downloads, videos, and other digital media) are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of digital content.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

2. Physical Merchandise

We want you to love your Raze gear!
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@razemusic.com] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll gladly replace or refund the item once the issue is verified.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging for any exchange or return.

Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Event Tickets

All concert or event ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
If an event is canceled, refunds will be issued automatically to the original form of payment.

For rescheduled shows, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
